Additionally trash can liners will be made available.

Any damage to items listed in the contract section will be the responsibility of the renter.

$200 for an event of 4 hours. All hours over the first 4 hours will be at a rate of $25.00 per hour or any part of and hour thereafter.

Security Deposit​​ and Fees:

The use of drugs or under age drinking is strictly prohibited on OVFC property. In the event of any instance involving drugs or underage drinking, the event will be shut down and the loss of all fees and deposit will be forfeited.Police will be notified.
